Today at every door of the house there is a computer and most of them have access to internet. The most common use of internet is to search for something which we don’t know. And almost 80% users of internet are using Google , Bing etc. All these search engine works more or less same. Let say how google works , suppose i have a problem in Java , I will type in search box of google and google will search the word java in all over the web pages where the word java is written and will give the result connecting to those pages. But in this there are two problems which we may face. First, What happens if the result I got is not satisfactory or have a query about that. Secondly , If I want to learn more about that content . So where we get the solution for these two basic problems which might occur in our day to day life.

With the release of eZdia , you will be able to get the solution of both of these problem. First of all I would like to say the search result of eZdia is similar to the google’s search result. However, there are two subtle differences And if you are sensitive enough, you will appreciate that difference.First at eZdia the search is divided into different categories and the experts associated with each category. But on either side of search result there are two icons – Get Expert and I Need Help. And these two keywords are the solution of my problem which I am facing while searching on google, etc. Let’s see how eZdia will helped me to solve these.

Firstly ,On eZdia whenever we search something it will give the resuts which are recommended by the experts, so if you have any query related to that you may take help of that expert through live chat by clicking on Get Expert Icon

Secondly if you want to learn in detail about the content then I will become the explorer of that content by clicking the I Need Help Icon. By this you will become the explorer of that content and if there are any expert associated with that content or the one who is the expert in the entire category will contact you soon and help you. So from know on if you have any query related to the search or want to learn something online just take the help from the experts on eZdia.

I suppose now you must have understood the concept of “A search Engine with the Human Touch” as at eZdia you will get the results suggested by the experts in that category and you may contact with that expert if need help. Thus giving a humanly touch to a search engine which the other major search engines like Google , yahoo etc are missing.
