December 2010 Visa Bulletin

The news that are affiliated to the immigration criteria highlights visa bulletin predictions that have in mind to different aspects. The next lines expound some of these elements which have been briefed based on certain predictions in Visa Bulletin December 2010  .

1)The limit for preference immigrants for per country is set at 7% of the total annual family-sponsored and employment-based preferences and the dependent area is set at 2%. This is prescribed in section 202

3)An annual minimum family-sponsored preference limit of 226,000 is set by Section 201 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA)

Also, the  DV visas are split among six geographic regions and maximum seven percent of the available diversity visas in any one year is available for these countries.
Under December 2010 Visa Bulletin, immigrant numbers in the DV category are acquirable to certified DV-2011 applicants chargeable to all regions/eligible countries. There are also some alteration in visa availability for the coming months for this bulletin.
