February 2011 Visa Bulletin Prediction

The January 2011 Visa Bulletin had leave a great disappointment for green card aspirants of India . It was from last 6 months when there was no movement in the priority date for the Employment based EB2 category. China can be considered themeselves with some releif as it got a slight forward movement in past 8 months. Take a look at the table below showing the priority date of the EB2 and EB3 categories for India and China compiled for the last 7 months.

From the table you can make out that for India, there was hardly any movement in the priority dates for EB2 category. Also , if you see the EB3 category you will get there is a very slight movement and updated thrice in past 6 months. Chinese are having some relief in terms of priority date as it keeps moving ahead slowly.
Thus, people have a great hope that the February 2011 Visa Bulletin will bring some good news for the EB2 Category employment based public.
The condition for the Chinese nationals in a little better where priority date keeps inching ahead, though slowly.
Also, for DV 2011 winners , visa bulletins for January and February 2011 is now on internet. So they can check with their case numbers to see whether they have got the opportunity for the interview in these months. Total of 50,000 American immigrant visas are likely to eligible in year 2011 by DV 2011 America visa lottery programs. Those having their case numbers high have a less chance to be get a interview call. Thus they can quickly apply for DV 2013 visa lottery program.
